pizzaiolo (pizza maker) - Bent Shovel Brewing Beer Garden

Successful candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently, dependable, friendly, fun and have pizza making and dough preparation work experience. 

A Pizzaiolo/Pizza Maker prepares and bakes pizzas by making dough, chopping toppings, and operating live fire ovens to fulfill customer orders in a fast paced, high volume setting. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, monitoring food inventory, and following food safety standards. Pizza Makers may also prepare other menu items, collaborate with kitchen and serving staff, and sometimes develop new recipes. 

Preparation tasks include but are not limited to:

• Making fresh pizza dough daily. 

• All aspects of dough and yeast management.

• Preparing sauces from scratch. 

• Chopping and preparing a variety of meats, vegetables, and other toppings. 

• Hand-stretching dough to order.

• Assembling pizzas with ingredients according to recipes or customer preferences. 

Cooking/Baking:

• Operating live fire pizza ovens.

• Monitoring cooking temps depending on dough maturity to produce a quality product for our customers.

Kitchen and Inventory Management:

• Monitoring food stocks and placing orders for supplies. 

• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen workstation and equipment. 

• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene practices.

Teamwork and Customer Service:

• Collaborating with servers and other staff to fulfill orders in a timely manner. 

• Receiving and processing customer orders, interacting with customers as needed.

Other requirements:

• Must be able to operate POS system with training, engage with customers in a friendly eager manner.

• Must possess/obtain OLCC servers permit, background check is required.

• Pizza lover, Beer enthusiast, love of camping/outdoors and craft beer knowledge a plus.

• Must have reliable transportation.
  

  Compensation: Hourly(depends on experience), plus extremely good tips, part-time, shifts available Wednesday-Sunday 12-9pm 

Retail Clerk - McIver Outpost Store

We are seeking friendly faces to join our retail team. Job duties include: Cashier, stocking, inventory rotation, customer service, keeping the store clean and customer-ready.

Must have dependable transportation. 18 years or older, must be able to work flexible schedule: days/evenings/weekends/6-hour shifts, part-time. Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
